The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and key landmarks nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the city. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.
The noise level in my room was unbearable, making it difficult to sleep. The lack of proper air conditioning or fans only added to the discomfort.

East of connection to public transport. Well organized check-in and check- out. Generous and easy luggage storage facility.
The hotel is really a hostel for travelling youth which is O.K., however, for the price I paid (Euro 70.00 - $ 105.00) I would have expected a bit more comfort. The facilities at the a&o were certainly directed toward youth, and my son and I felt comfortable there, but this was not a family oriented hotel. Our room was directly on the street and loud due to traffic. For groups of youth travellers splitting the cost four ways - ideal; for young families travelling on business or pleasure this option was probably more expensive and less comfortable than other options I may have had.

It was nice to have CNN. Also, good location. But that's about it.
First of all, they charge for everything, including the very slow internet and meager breakfast. No common kitchen. Very institutional vibe. Our door was coming off the hinges, so it never shut properly. Staff were very hit or miss; some were nice, others rude and unhelpful. Also, the check in time of 15.00 is very late, especially considering the check out time, 10.00.

The location of this hotel was excellent, situated near the old city, Schloss Nymphenburg, Olympia park, and Schwabing. It was also very close to Bahnhoff, making it convenient for transportation. the room was basic but sufficient for a short stay, and the bathroom was clean. the staff, although some were rude, were helpful when asked. the low prices were also a positive aspect of this hotel.
The noise from the ongoing construction nearby was quite disruptive to the overall experience.

It was near the hauptbanhof and the heat in the room was fine.
The upper bunk-bed in the dormitory has no protection in the open side.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were regularly cleaned. The location was convenient and close to train stations. The shower provided good water pressure. There were enough power plugs in the rooms.
Nothing not too like.

Our stay at A&O was fantastic! We stayed for 3 nights and loved every moment. The hotel is easy to find, with convenient access to motorways. The room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The breakfast area downstairs was huge and the breakfast itself was great. We also appreciated the proximity to the tram station, making it easy to explore the city. The room amenities, such as the balcony and bathroom with a tub, were an added bonus. Plus, the price was affordable!
Can recommend this hotel.

Well priced and within walking distance of Oktoberfest.
Super loud at night. Especially the 5th floor where the night bar is.
